Statement on the use of cookies

1. Introductory provisions

The security of personal and other data is important to our company. Therefore, all activities are carried out in strict compliance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU No. 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data , as amended.

Personal data is data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of a commonly used identifier, another identifier (§2 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data).

2. Directive on the processing of personal data

Principle of lawfulness: personal data is processed only in a lawful manner and in a way that does not violate the fundamental rights of the data subject (§6 and §13 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).

Principle of purpose limitation: personal data is collected only for a specific, explicit and legitimate purpose (§7 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).

Principle of minimization of personal data: the processing of personal data is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed (§8 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).

Principle of correctness: the personal data processed must be accurate and updated as necessary (§9 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).

Principle of minimization of storage: the personal data must be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects and must not be kept for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed (§10 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).

Principle of integrity and confidentiality: appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to achieve adequate protection of personal data (§11 and §32 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).

Principle of responsibility: the operator is responsible for compliance with the principles of processing personal data (§12 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.)

3. Privacy

The Company processes personal data only for a well-defined purpose, during the required time and in strict compliance with the legal provisions of the Slovak Republic and the European Union, namely Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as amended.

Personal data is processed to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations, the provision of customer services, the management of contracts, accounting, payroll and social and health insurance in accordance with applicable legislation.

InfoProjekt, s.r.o. has taken the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal and other types of data, including limiting access to processed data and documents, comprehensive protection of information systems, securing access to premises used for storing data and documents.

Data subjects have the right to obtain information on the scope of personal data processed, to obtain access to their personal data, to correct and complete their personal data, to restrict the processing and disclosure of their personal data, to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data, to delete their personal data if the data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were processed, to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Articles 19 to 28 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).

The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties for advertising and marketing purposes.

4. Communication

The company has not appointed a person responsible for the protection of personal data (§ 44 to 46 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).
